PRISCILLA RATTAZZI (President)

Priscilla Rattazzi is a photographer and author, published in premier Italian and US magazines. Priscilla has published four books and one portfolio and her works have shown in major galleries and museums. Priscilla is the youngest daughter of Telethon Italia founder, Mrs Susanna Agnelli.

LUCREZIA BUCCELLATI

Lucrezia Buccellati is co-Creative Director role at the century old high jewelry house Buccellati. Born in Milan in 1989, Lucrezia is the first designing family member to make New York City her full time home. From there, she has spearheaded a fresh direction within the brand, taking collections into a new, modern place of innovation with Buccellati’s first-ever tech accessories collection and a highly anticipated line of bridal rings from the jewelry house.

MARTHA DE LAURENTIIS

Martha De Laurentiis formed the Dino De Laurentiis Company in 1980 with her partner and husband, Dino De Laurentiis, after a robust career in film production during the 1970's Today, with more than 40 films, series, and mini-series to her name, Martha leads the company projects that include NBC's Hannibal, Barbarella, and the forthcoming series, Gateway.

CLAUDIO DEL VECCHIO

Claudio Del Vecchio is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Brooks Brothers Group, Inc. From 1982 to 1997, he was responsible for all business operations of the Luxottica Group in North America after managing the company’s Italian and German distribution operations. Mr. Del Vecchio serves as Director of the National Retail Federation and as an Independent Director of Luxottica Group SpA since 1986.

ARMANDO VARRICCHIO

Honorary Member

H.E. Varricchio is the current Ambassador of Italy to the United States. After a brief stint in the private sector, his brilliant career led him to postings around the world, to include in Budapest, Belgrade, Brussels and now Washington. Ambassador Varricchio also served as Diplomatic Advisor of the Italian Prime Minister and other significant high ranking advisory positions. Intellectual curiosity, a firm belief in the need for a multidisciplinary approach, and respect for diversity distinguished him since his student days.

Daybreak Children's Rare Disease Fund is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization whose mission is to support the best research aimed at the cure of rare genetic diseases. Daybreak choose as primary beneficiaries of its efforts Fondazione Telethon Italia and its two world-class research centers, TIGEM and SR-TIGET.

Daybreak Children's Rare Disease Fund is committed to raise awareness on rare genetic diseases and to promote timely development and availability of safe and effective diagnostics and treatments for affected persons.
